www.chelipeacock.com OUTPOSTS was established in 1999 by Nigel Crofton. Nigel was born and brought up in Malawi. He worked as an Art Director in advertising agencies for five years in Hong Kong and London. He then worked for Art of Travel ( Steppes Africa ), the UK specialist Africa tour operator for three years. In 1996 Nigel joined Wilderness Safaris in Botswana and worked as a Professional Safari Guide and Camp Manager for two years in the Okavango Delta and Linyanti. He helped build the original Chitabe Camp, was Assistant Manager at King’s Pool and managed Xigera and Chitabe. In 1998 Nigel returned to England to set up OUTPOSTS.
